BARCELONA have shown new interest in Chelsea target Neymar.
The Brazilian 19-year-old who has shown true form during his Olympic Games matches has had interest from Spanish champions Barcelona.
Chelsea were keen on a move for Neymar and the Brazil international is at the centre of a tug-of-war between Chelsea and Real Madrid, with rival managers Andre Villas-Boas and Jose Mourinho going head-to-head, intent on landing the most sought-after young player in the world.
Now Barcelona are also joining the chase for the young gun.
Barca vice-president Jose Maria Bartomeu did not hold back in expressing his desire to sign the player after the Olympics.
He said: ""Neymar? We would all like to see him joining after the Olympics.
If he decides to come to Europe we'll try to make it Barça"
Barcelona sources continue to add to speculation that the Brazilian international will play next season at the Nou Camp, and it seems that the club is doing its best to bring him in as soon as possible.
But Chelsea won't give up the fight easily despite not being willing to pay above and beyond for Neymar.
